[Local 111]
Husband and wife owners Linda Gatter and Max Dannis, along with chef David Wurth, have created a noteworthy restaurant that is attracting a regular stream of diners with fresh, local produce; simple yet innovative cuisine; and down-to-earth prices.

Local 111 is located in the Village of Philmont at the geographic center of Columbia County — a rural area that is blessed with some of the best farms in the Hudson Valley.

At the heart of our restaurant is the desire to use the wonderful bounty of these local farms in a setting that evokes the warmth and sense of community of a small town general store.

Our commitment to using local produce is combined with our desire to provide excellent food and drink at prices accessible to everyone.

We take great pride in the stable base of customers who return to Local 111 again and again, whether they live within walking distance or travel from Dutchess or Greene counties or the Berkshires.

Details:
Our small 39 seat restaurant is an adaptive reuse of an existing service station. We maintained the original bay structure of the building to preserve the sense of openness toward Main Street. We are proud that our renovation contributes to the vitality of our historic mill town.
